Luzora Design aims to deliver orders efficiently and with care. Please review the information below regarding processing times, delivery estimates, and tracking.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Singapore.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 4:00pm (NZDT) will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are dispatched from our regional fulfilment hub in Malaysia.

• Standard delivery (Singapore): approximately 3–5 business days from dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is offered on all orders within Singapore for a limited time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
